The Middle Fab Fairy is an NPC in Miitopia who lives in the Elven Retreat with her two sisters. Her face is put on the Arachno(Middle Fab Fairy). After being rescued, she replaces the youngest sister in the party to help rescue the eldest sister, using the elf job's standard attack and Counter Arrow skill, and leaves the party after defeating the (Eldest Fab Fairy) Owl.
