Karaoke Joysound Switch is a karaoke app from Japanese karaoke service provider Xing and published by Nintendo. The game was only released in Japan on December 6, 2017.

Gameplay

Much like its predecessors, the application operates via a ticket system, with the player having to purchase a ticket for how long the player would like to have access to the service. The application itself is also compatible with the Japan-exclusive Karaoke JOYSOUND mobile app to select songs.[1] A microphone can also be used to allow players to sing along, which is sold separately from the app itself.

The player is able to practice the songs or compete with others for matching up with the lyrics of the song. Unlike previous installments, Miis are not guaranteed to appear to perform the song, and it may be replaced with either music videos featuring Japanese celebrities, or movies showcasing the following early Nintendo Switch games:
