After downloading the Wii no Ma channel, the user could select Miis to serve as a "family", with a maximum of 8 Miis to be selected. Once the Mii(s) selection by the player finished, the selected Miis would move to a place called the "Wii Room", a japanese styled living room with a tea table in the center and a Television in the corner. The Miis would then do everyday things in the room, such as eating lunch, vacuuming, reading mangas or even playing on their Nintendo DSi, simulating an actual living room, with the room even changing depending on the current time and the season that the player set the Wii on.

Description

In Wii no Ma, the user selects a maximum of eight Miis to serve as a family. Once the Miis are selected, the selected Miis would move into a place called the Wii Room, a Japanese-styled living room with a tea table in the center and a television in the corner. The Miis would then go about their days in the room, doing things like eating lunch, vacuuming, reading manga or playing on a Nintendo DSi, with the room changing depending on the current time and season the user's Wii is set to.

The player could select parts of the room, with some parts taking them to different menus and services, such as the television bringing the user to a video on demand service. The service streamed original, sometimes sponsored content with no specific genre or target audience.
