The Mii Brawler was first introduced in the fourth entry of the Super Smash Bros. series and had at the time had a sticking ressemblance with the default Male Mii that could be seen in the Mii Channel if the player did not modify his Mii while creating it and the Guest Mii C that was available in most of the Wii Series games for the players who wanted to play with pre-made Miis, the first game in which the Guest Mii C could be choose being Wii Sports.
The Mii brawler however had a different hair style compared to those two Miis, creating a doubt about him being a particular Mii seen elsewhere.
To add to the confusion, the Mii Brawler looks very different between its Super Smash Bros. for Nintendo 3DS and Wii U and its Super Smash Bros. Ultimate appearances, now having longer hair and his mouth now being an upside down smile, accentuating his fighter statut yet creating doubt about him and its counterpart being the same character.
