The Mii Brawler (格闘タイプ, Hand-to-Hand Fighting Type) (also known as "かくとうF" in Super Smash Bros. Ultimate's files, roughly translating to Kakuto F, Kakuro meaning "Hand to Hand combat" and the F. possibly standing for "Fighter"[1]) is one of the three different types of Mii Fighters that appear in the in the Super Smash Bros. series, along with the Mii Swordfighter and Mii Gunner.
Default Appearances
The default Mii Brawler used in marketing material does not have a set in stone appearance, with there being slight variations in his design between Super Smash Bros. for Nintendo 3DS and Wii U and Super Smash Bros. Ultimate.
Super Smash Bros. for Nintendo 3DS and Wii U
In the fourth entry of the Super Smash Bros. series, the Mii Brawler had at the time a sticking resemblance with the default Male Mii that can be seen in Mii Makers if the player did not modify his Mii while creating a Mii, as well as Guest C who is identical to the default male Mii but with a tanner skin tone, although the Mii Gunner has a different hair style and hair color.
Super Smash Bros. Ultimate
In the fifth entry of the Super Smash Bros. series, the Mii Brawler has had some modifications compared to its Super Smash Bros. for Nintendo 3DS and Wii U counterpart, now having longer hair, different eyebrows, a slightly tanner skin and his mouth being an upside down smile, accentuating his fighter stature.
According to internal files of the game, the Mii Brawler's name in this game may be "かくとう", roughly translating to Kakuto F, with Kakuro meaning "Hand to Hand combat" and the F. probably standing for "Fighter"[2]

Like other fighters in Super Smash Bros. for Nintendo 3DS and Wii U, Mii Fighters can use Equipment. The Mii Brawler can use the gloves, jacket, boots, and badge types of equipment.
Voice
Like the other Mii Fighters, the Mii Brawler can be given one of 12 voices at one of 3 pitches in Super Smash Bros. Ultimate.
Costumes
Like other Mii Fighters, Mii Brawler can be given outfits and hats, with the outfits being exclusive to the Mii type. Also like the other types, DLC (downloadable content) is available to add more hats and outfits
