Wuhu Island, originally known as the Wii Fit Island, is a location which first appeared in Wii Fit, and has since been featured in several Nintendo games. Every games in which the island appears haren't Mii-focused, but all at least have Miis playable. Its most notable appearance is as the setting of Wii Sports Resort in which the island could be explored while doing Air Sports.

Oddly enough, Wuhu Loop and Maka Wuhu are the only two race tracks from Mario Kart 7 that never got ported to Mario Kart Tour.

Trivia
- In the running activities of the Wii Fit series, 15 sprites from Super Mario Bros. are hidden on surfaces around the island.
- In Wii Fit U, the island will change to match the seasons depending on the date. From December to February the island will be snowy, from March to May the island will be a bright green, from June to August the island will be a calmer green, and from September to November the trees will have orange leaves, the grass will be orange, and leaves will be falling from trees.
