This article is about the sports from Wii Sports Resort, and should not be confused with the Wii Play mini-game of the same name.

Table Tennis is a sport that first appeared in Wii Sports Resort. It supports a Return Challenge alongside a regular match.

Gameplay

Players hold a Wii Remote vertically and swing it left and right to hit the ball. When it is their turn to serve, they can either press A or swing the Wii Remote up to serve.

Match

In a regular match, players compete to see who can reach 6 points, but they must also win by a margin of two. Alternatively, they can hold 2 at the loading screen to play an 11 point match. If the score reaches 20-20, the game will declare a draw.

Return Challenge

In Return Challenge, players attempt to hit as many balls as possible. Missing one ends the game. Cans will also appear after 10 points, and players earn extra points for hitting them.
