Badminton is a sport that appears in Nintendo Switch Sports. It only supports 1v1 online and locally (despite the fact that real life badminton also allows 2v2).
Gameplay
One player stands on each side of the court. Both players must hit the shuttlecock back and forth and attempt to land it in the other player's side of the court to win a point. The game ends when one player scores anywhere between 5-7 points.
By holding on the left Joy-con or on the right Joy-con, the player can perform a Drop Shot, which makes the shuttlecock drop right in front of the net on the opponent's side.
