Wii Sports + Wii Sports Resort is a compilation disk of both Wii Sports and Wii Sports Resort that was bundled with various Wiis in 2012 in North America, with other regions getting the disk as well. Unlike the regular counterparts of the two games, Wii Sports + Wii Sports Resort could not be purchased in a store and could only be obtained via a Wii Bundle that included it.
The game has two different covers depending on region. The North American one uses the original cover art for Wii Sports on one side and the original cover art for Wii Sports Resort on the other side. The European one uses a newly made art in the style of the Wii Sports boxart, but with the sports represented on the bottom being from Wii Sports Resort.
Differences with Wii Sports and Wii Sports Resort
The two games included on the disc are identical to the regular counterparts of those games, yet the save files of the two games were combined into one once saved to the Wii, with the game even having a proper original save icon and banner on the system.
